Finley Ellam

Finley specialises in helping data centre operators across Europe secure the engineering, operations, and critical infrastructure talent needed to keep facilities performing at their best. He recruits across key European markets, including London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Madrid, supporting clients with roles ranging from Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to Shift Managers, Facilities Leaders, and Senior Delivery Specialists.

Drawing on a background in technical and engineering recruitment prior to joining First Point Group, Finley brings a strong understanding of mission-critical environments and a consultative, solution-focused approach to every search. 

Outside of work, Finley is a passionate sports fan who enjoys playing football, watching a wide range of sports, and spending time at the snooker table. He also loves travelling and exploring new destinations, listening to music, and makes an annual trip to Glastonbury Festival, one of the highlights of his year.
