BIM Specialist

Our client, a data center company, is looking to hire a BIM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform clash detection, drawing production and assist in coordination meetings
• Assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support related to BIM software
• Support and maintain BIM projects per the Corporate Standards and Project BIM Executive Plan
• Update and Maintain Corporate BIM standards, Content library (families) and templates 
• Assistant to development of BIM workflow

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ related experience and /training (MEP Preferred) for BIM modeling or coordination
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Experience of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
