We're Hiring: Cybersecurity Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives for clients in the dairy and food manufacturing industry.

In this role, you'll manage multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects across IT, OT, and IoT domains—ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and business continuity requirements. You'll serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors, helping build long-term resilience and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead the delivery of cybersecurity programs across 10–15 projects in manufacturing environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Align GRC, data privacy, business Risk Management and business continuity strategies with technical implementation.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage interdependencies, track milestones, and report to executive stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee vendor performance and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  10+ years of experience in cybersecurity program or project management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong background in the dairy, food, or manufacturing sectors.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, data privacy, and OT/IT integration.

  
  


• 
  

  PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are strongly preferred.
