A leading global real estate developer and investor is seeking a Head of Data Centre Delivery to spearhead large-scale data centre developments across Europe. This opportunity is perfect for a seasoned project leader with a robust technical background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of data centre construction projects
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external contractors
• Oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and project controls
• Support lease negotiations and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage change orders, disputes, and compliance under FIDIC or similar frameworks
• Contribute to building and integrating high-performing teams across regions

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years’ experience in Data Centre Delivery
• Strong track record in delivering large-scale, high-value construction projects
• Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and technical risk mitigation
• Experience in the French market is a plus
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
