Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, reporting trends to leadership
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations (payroll, contracts, compliance) ensuring adherence to Australia laws
- Talent & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for key talent
- Drive performance management processes to inform promotions/terminations
- Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationships with government labor institutions for certifications and risk mitigation
- Partner with Finance for payroll accuracy and statutory payments
- Resolve employee concerns, escalating legal issues when required
- Organizational Support
- Advise managers on staffing, benefits, and disciplinary matters
- Monitor labor market/legal changes to update HR processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years HR generalist experience in multinational companies (tech/telecom/engineering preferred)
- Expertise in Australia labor regulations and HR best practices
- Strong communicator with strategic/operational balance
