Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Architect: Design end-to-end talent strategies (hiring, development, performance) to fuel rapid growth.
- Innovative Recruiter: Mastermind creative sourcing tactics to attract top-tier, passive talent in competitive markets.
- Culture Champion: Foster an empowering workplace that blends high performance with collaboration and inclusivity.
- HR Builder: Lead HR infrastructure setup (policies, processes, systems) to support scaling (0-1 experience is a huge plus!).
- Trusted Advisor: Partner with leadership to solve org challenges and boost team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written/spoken).
- 5+ years in high-bar hiring environments (tech/startup experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective work relationships.
- AI industry working background is a bonus.
- Excel at building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Love building from scratch.
