  • Develop arbitrage solutions combining low-cost offshore liabilities with high-yield domestic assets.
  • Design cross-border cash-flow pooling mechanisms and repatriation frameworks.

4. Team Leadership & Strategic Advisory

  • Build and develop specialised teams focused on cross-border investment, international financing, and REIT operations.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Board on capital markets, including multi-year REIT issuance plans and overseas financing roadmaps.
  • Enhance internal capabilities in structured finance, regulatory navigation, and international transaction execution.

Candidate Requirements

    • Director-level roles in cross-border real estate funds
    • Head of Capital/Treasury at major developers or infrastructure companies

Professional Skills

Cross-Border Financing Expertise

  • Strong command of international loan structures, offshore compliance, cross-border guarantees, and multi-jurisdictional financing regulations.
  • Familiarity with risk-management standards across APAC and the US, as well as ESG/green financing requirements.

  • Deep understanding of REIT regulatory frameworks in major global markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, US).
  • Skilled in REIT pricing, investor roadshows, disclosure, and regulatory interaction.
