Are you an experienced RAN Architect with expertise in OpenRAN and private networks? Join a leading Centre of Excellence for Connectivity and Engineering Architecture in Paris as a Lead RAN Design Architect. This is a high-impact role where you will shape, design, and implement cutting-edge private network solutions for major customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of private RAN networks for enterprise clients.
• Provide technical consultancy to customers, guiding them through the decision-making process (shaping phase).
• Collaborate with customers to define their private 5G network strategy and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Work closely with vendors on private network solutions, ensuring seamless integration of OpenRAN technology.
• Contribute to both presales activities (50%) and project execution (50%).
• Design and optimize indoor and outdoor network deployments.
• Act as a technical lead in customer engagements, ensuring best-in-class network performance and security.
• Report to the Head of the Centre of Excellence for Connectivity and Engineering Architecture.

Key Requirements:

• Strong RAN architecture experience, with deep expertise in OpenRAN.
• Proven background in working with vendors on private networks (preferable over mobile network operator consultants focused on optimization).
• Indoor and outdoor network deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with private 4G/5G solutions and RAN design.
• Strong knowledge of edge computing (nice to have).
• Ability to engage directly with enterprise customers, shaping their network solutions.
• Fluent in French and English.
