First Point Group is recruiting for a Presales Engineer with wireless telecom experience (4G / 5G / Private Wireless / DAS) on behalf of a global telecoms solutions company. As a fluent French speaker, you will be responsible for POC (Proof of Concept) and solution sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
- Act as the primary technical consultant for customers during the pre-sales cycle.
- Present and demonstrate wireless products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Lead technical bid preparation for regional-level projects, including solution design and product configuration.
- Deliver technical presentations and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) activities (lab and pilot tests).
Training & After-Sales Support
- Conduct product training sessions for partners and customers.
- Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues during deployment or usage, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in resolving technical challenges to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with the regional sales team to align technical strategies with commercial goals.
Market intelligence
- Monitor and analyse customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Generate local market insight reports to inform the business of evolving trends and strategic opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback from global markets and collaborate with internal teams to shape product development and go-to-market plans.
- Provide input to strengthen product competitiveness and market positioning.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally you will have a minimum 10+ years' experience in solution sales, technical pre-sales, or product management in the wireless telecom industry.
- Deep technical understanding of LTE/5G RAN, DAS, and Small Cell systems.
- Experience in interoperability testing, field issue troubleshooting, and technical validation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful technical product training and support materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure and thrive in multicultural, team-oriented environments.
- Fluent in French and English
