Our client — a key player in the telecom industry — is seeking a Product Manager – Regional Microwave Strategy to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving innovation in microwave backhaul, guiding spectrum efficiency, and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders across the region.

As a key member of our client’s team, you will:

• Lead regional microwave strategy, aligning with evolving technologies, spectrum regulations, and customer requirements.
• Develop customer-centric transmission and backhaul solutions, crafting technical and business guidance, and presenting to executive clients.
• Manage special projects across the region, supporting representative offices in achieving internal strategic goals.
• Support major summits and marketing events, collaborating with regulators and operators to drive industry alignment on microwave adoption.

What we’re looking for:

• Expert in microwave technologies (E-band, V-band, IP microwave, hybrid microwave).
• Strong knowledge of industry spectrum policies and backhaul strategies.
• Proven expertise in link budget planning, network design, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Passion for enabling next-generation networks with high-capacity microwave backhaul.
