Seeking Native Chinese & Vietnamese Relationship Managers – Forex & CFD Sales

Are you passionate about financial markets and building lasting client relationships? Join our dynamic team as a Relationship Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients and be involved in the growth of these accounts.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard and nurture new clients using a value-based relationship approach.
• Exceed personal and team KPIs through proactive client engagement.
• Provide personalized support via voice and social media channels.
• Stay informed on global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events affecting forex markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Native Chinese & Vietnamese speakers with fluency in English; proficiency in Malaysian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales within a CFD brokerage, focusing on the Southeast Asian market essentially
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forex trading and macroeconomic trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage and retain a diverse client portfolio.
• Familiarity with financial regulations pertinent to forex trading in the region.
