Job Description for France / Italy / Germany Roles
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior client executives, conduct sales activities, and achieve sales targets.
- Collect information on vehicle project opportunities, secure meetings with key client departments, and lead/collaborate with internal teams to deliver product/technology presentations.
- Drive sales of smart cockpit products to Stellantis, coordinate internal resources to secure opportunities, manage bidding processes, and finalize project contracts.
- Continuously optimize sales strategies and commercial models based on client needs, product status, competition, and industry trends.
- Lead or support RFI/RFQ acquisition and execution, participate in pricing strategy development, manage quotation timelines, and secure projects.
Requirements
- Based in France/Italy, with 5+ years of sales experience; prior success in smart cockpit product/solution sales is preferred.
- Deep understanding of OEM client resources/sales channels; expertise in Stellantis group processes.
- Strong client development and negotiation skills.
