Job Description for France / Italy / Germany Roles  

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with senior client executives, conduct sales activities, and achieve sales targets.  
  2. Collect information on vehicle project opportunities, secure meetings with key client departments, and lead/collaborate with internal teams to deliver product/technology presentations.  
  3. Drive sales of smart cockpit products to Stellantis, coordinate internal resources to secure opportunities, manage bidding processes, and finalize project contracts.  
  4. Continuously optimize sales strategies and commercial models based on client needs, product status, competition, and industry trends.  
  5. Lead or support RFI/RFQ acquisition and execution, participate in pricing strategy development, manage quotation timelines, and secure projects.  


Requirements 

  1. Based in France/Italy, with 5+ years of sales experience; prior success in smart cockpit product/solution sales is preferred.  
  2. Deep understanding of OEM client resources/sales channels; expertise in Stellantis group processes.  
  3. Strong client development and negotiation skills.
