Your Role

You will be the technical lead in client-facing projects, supporting commercial teams by designing and recommending infrastructure solutions that meet both operational and sustainability objectives. Your work will bridge business development, engineering, and delivery, helping customers implement new-generation systems that enhance performance and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on advanced cooling technologies in pre-sales and technical proposal stages


• Partner with commercial teams to qualify opportunities and develop trust-based technical relationships with customers


• Create and present custom solution designs based on client data center requirements and constraints


• Lead the preparation of technical-commercial documentation and proposals


• Maintain ongoing communication with internal engineering and product teams to ensure delivery alignment


• Guide clients through technical validation and integration processes

Experience

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles related to mission-critical infrastructure projects


• Proven experience working with large-scale compute environments, including HPC or multi-megawatt data centers


• In-depth knowledge of data center design, power and cooling systems, and integration best practices


• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) with additional knowledge in IT systems or infrastructure


• Skilled in technical documentation and proposal creation; experience using design tools such as Autodesk Revit


• Strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills


• Able to operate independently, manage multiple time zones, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment


• Project management and IT infrastructure knowledge are considered advantageous
