Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer to support the internal recruitment function. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce.



Key Responsibilities



Primary Duties:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone and in-person)
  • Administer assessments and coordinate background checks
  • Recommend top candidates and guide them through the hiring process
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate employer branding and benefits effectively
  • Stay up to date with internal policies and employment regulations
  • Liaise with external agencies, universities, and industry organizations
  • Prepare timely reports on recruitment activities

Secondary Duties:


  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Handle recruitment-related administration and reporting tasks

Technical Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Proficient in ATS tools (experience with Workday is a strong plus)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing techniques
