Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer to support the internal recruitment function. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone and in-person)
- Administer assessments and coordinate background checks
- Recommend top candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Communicate employer branding and benefits effectively
- Stay up to date with internal policies and employment regulations
- Liaise with external agencies, universities, and industry organizations
- Prepare timely reports on recruitment activities
Secondary Duties:
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Handle recruitment-related administration and reporting tasks
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Proficient in ATS tools (experience with Workday is a strong plus)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing techniques

Qualifications
