Week's Top: Customer Delivery Coordinator

Ted Ko and Claye Moore from First Point Group's Dallas office, partnered with their client, a telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics corporation to recruit a Customer Delivery Project Coordinator to remotely support the Construction and Project Managers in tracking projects, milestones, deliverables, and sites.

Ted and Claye previously worked with this client on prior roles, so the client was familiar and very comfortable with their candidate sourcing process. The client asked for First Point Group’s help recruiting for this telecoms job as they desired candidates with extensive telecommunications experience which was the biggest challenge throughout the recruitment process. Ted Ko commented: “The client needed candidates that had extensive telecom experience to be able to support the construction project managers efficiently so we had to be very diligent about who we shortlisted and sent to the client.”

Ted and Claye used a combined approach of detailed searches on our database and reaching out to their vast telecoms candidate network. From their search, they were able to shortlist 20 expert telecoms professionals who met the desired technical requirements requested by the client.

Within two weeks of having the role and a handful of candidates from their shortlist being interviewed, the client sent an offer to one candidate. The offer was accepted the following week, making this a speedy recruitment process. Ted Ko commented: “The client was over the moon with the efficiency of Claye and the quality of candidates.
